Survive First Heads to Kansas City, MO for the FBI National Academy Associates 60th Annual Training Conference

Survive First was honored to attend the FBI National Academy Associates 60th National Training Conference from July 20-23. Our booth was a hub for many important conversations about mental health in the law enforcement community. We engaged with attendees from across the country, fostering connections and raising awareness about the critical need for mental health support within our ranks.

One of the highlights of the conference was the keynote presentation by Survive First’s Doug and Karen Monda on the final morning. Their presentation, “Fortifying the First Responder Marriage Through Resilience,” was highly impactful and resonated deeply with the audience. Doug and Karen shared their expertise and personal experiences, offering valuable strategies for strengthening relationships and building resilience among first responders and their families. The presentation left attendees inspired and equipped with practical tools to support their loved ones and themselves.

A very special thank you goes out to the FBINAA team for the great work they are doing and the incredible hospitality shown to all during the conference.  We are truly grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth and attended the Monda’s keynote. Together, we are working towards a stronger, healthier law enforcement community.

Until next year!
