We just wrapped up two impactful days in Orlando at the Florida Police Chiefs Association (FPCA) conference, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.
Throughout the event, we had meaningful discussions about the importance of mental health support within departments and the role leadership plays in building strong, resilient teams. It was inspiring to see so many Chiefs and command staff committed to prioritizing the well-being of their officers.
